About
Turkish Studies Center was established in 2013 at the Faculty of Political Science, Prince of Songkla University, Pattani Campus, Thailand, with the aim to deepen understanding of Turkiye’s politics, history, culture, education, economics, and arts while fostering Thailand-Turkiye relations. As the sole academic center dedicated to this cause, we focus on Turkish foreign policy and Southeast Asian engagement, including Thailand. Run by Turkish university alumni, our flagship programs include the Turkish Open Day in August and the Ramadan Iftar for Friends of Turkiye. Our key activities encompass Turkish language training, undergraduate courses on Turkish politics, Ottoman-Turkiye political history training, and public seminars. With a reach of over 3,000 individuals and 5,000+ Facebook followers, we continue to bridge cultures and strengthen bonds between our nations.
